We might be moving. So many things are happening in my little family’s life right now, it’s crazy. It’s like moving fast and not moving at all at the same time. Like hurry up and wait type of life right now. Can anyone relate? My husband is most likely going to start a new job. But we’re not 100% sure when. We are most likely going to move into a new house. But we’re not 100% sure if we will or when we will.
God has been so good walking us through this very unsure time. As much as we don’t know, I feel 100% certain in God’s love and care for our family. It’s tough to not really know where you family is going to be in a month, but I do know that God loves us more than I do and can care for us in a perfect way, most certainly better than we can.
Sometimes we “know'” these things in our heads and they are a lot more difficult to act out when it happens in life. I am so thankful that while this hasn’t been easy, God has given me a peace that transcends all understanding. He has given me the ability to trust in him thoroughly. He has worked out this process in our life so perfectly so far that it’s nearly impossible not to trust him in the waiting portions of it all.
Waiting and not knowing is probably the hardest part, but I am so thankful that the Lord has our family in his hands.
I am also SO EXCITED to potentially have a house. As you might have noticed on Pinterest I am pinning away all the wonderful ideas for making a house a home. Boys room, dining area, rugs, plants, yards, you name it! Now, all these awesome stuff comes with money so I am sure they will have to be done rather slowly, but I am okay with that.
I am going to share updates along the way. Before and after pictures and hopefully some projects with you. I know that I have been a mostly beauty/hair/makeup/fashion kind of blog, but what would you say to some house stuff too?
I did share my French house with you (which I adored) but we were renting that house, so there was only so much we could do.
So, share your best ideas for making a house a home! I want to hear your best tips, I know I’m gonna need them!
