Fall Nails with Revlon

Products for this post were provided by Revlon. All opinions are my own.

One of my favorite beauty indulgences is getting my nails done. I just feel so feminine and girlie and put together when it’s done. As much as I’d like that to be done for me every couple weeks, it’s just not in the budget and I feel like I can do just as good of a job at home. As a matter of fact, since I’ve found Revlon® Nail Enamel they last even longer at home! c415c0f2f212ba5a2b07912a85773db3 (1)

They sent me these beautiful colors which are absolutely perfect for fall. During the summer, neon was all the rage, but now, as the weather starts to cool down (at least where I am!), it’s fun to darken up the colors. The grey is a total winner in my book.

I wanted to create a fun look with these polishes and when I saw this look on Pinterest, I knew I to try it. Here’s how it’s done, so super easy!

nail manicure

Super easy, right?

Let’s just talk about this matte top coat for a second. I was hesitant at first but after playing around a bit, I love it. As you can see, there are so many options with how you can use it. The manicure above is an example, but you can also reverse it and have the matte on most of the nail and the glossy at the tips. SO pretty!

It also dries in a matter of seconds, so you can paint your nails anytime and be ready to go! Probably my favorite feature.

The best thing about these polishes that beats going to the salon any day is that they have an expertly developed shade palette from Revlon Color Authority™ which stays true. Not to mention that it goes on beautifully without bumps or bubbles! It’s almost like you’re in a salon anyway!

Don’t get me wrong, I still love my time at the nail salon. But now, I just take these colors with me! I don’t have to go nearly as much, I can touch up myself, and even change colors if my little heart so desires!

Now you have a chance to win a $50 Visa gift card! All you have to do is answer this question in the comments and a winner will be randomly chosen:

My favorite beauty tip isn’t really a secret, but I love getting items that can do double duty. Like a lip/cheek color or a pencil that can double for brows and eyeliner.

My favorite beauty secret has to be baby powder as dry shampoo. Let’s face it, why ruin a good hair day with a shower? Throw some baby powder in it to absorb oil and make it last another day!

My favorite beauty secret is; putting a good amount of your normal conditioner in your hair while it is dry and letting it sit for 10-15 minutes prior to getting in the shower. I do this every 7-10 days and it really helps keep my hair soft and silky. 🙂
