Copy Cat Closet ~ Over-sized Shirt

Hi and welcome back to another installment of Copy Cat Closet, where I send out style inspiration and you ‘copy’ the outfit!  If you’d like to participate, you can sign up here.

Now as soon as I sent this out, I got feedback telling me it will gonna be a good one.  I mean, it’s pretty easy but can be done lots of different ways, which is fun.  I chose a super casual way, because I was feeling super casual that day.  But I know that you could dress it up too!

Over-sized Shirt

I have these shirts that I got from a friend and the are super comfortable.  I love them.  I paired it with some torn skinnies and my little fake Keds that are actually from Target.  Simple, casual, comfortable, it’s pretty much the mom uniform!

Now for hair, I wanted the same affect.  Simple, casual, cute.  my hair is long and it had been hot and I am wearing out the top knot like no one’s business, so I decided to try something new.  I just did a big side french braid with a messy bun in the back.  I pulled out both sides a little bit to be a bit softer and I was done!  So the challenge was basically this or you could pick from another braid tutorial.

For makeup I suggested a fall makeup look that I have. And that’s the challenge! Can’t wait to see what you all have put together!

Oh and if you have a few minutes could you vote for me?  I am in the running to be the beauty/style expert for Proctor & Gamble and I need your votes!  Thanks ahead of time!

Now go ahead and link it up ladies!

I don’t understand why someone as pretty as you are would intentionally wear their hair sloppy. You don’ti ntentionally wear wrinkled clothes.

Well, you know what – I’m a mom of two boys and don’t always have the time to make my hair nice and neat and perfect, so messy it is! I might as well embrace it and have confidence in the way I look. Works for me!
